#1 New Release

Greetings Friends!

It's been a few months since my last newsletter, and I realized I must stop and let you guys know what's happening!

First, thank you to those who have purchased my mini-devotional on Overcoming Church Hurt! We made Amazon's #1 new release list! The paperback is available for purchase on Amazon or through my author website www.chrystaljgilkey.com

If you are interested in purchasing books for your Bible study group, I can do a bulk discount. My pastor purchased books for our congregation, and it's been such a blessing to hear stories about how this book is helping others! Every book purchase helps fund a memorial gymnasium for our Christian school.

What I've been reading: Deadly Devotion by Sandra Orchard

You will like this book if you like tea, gardening, and/or mysteries. I found it a pleasant read and learned some new things about herbs. Usually, I want to finish a book in one sitting, especially if it's a suspense story. I don't like to wait to find out what happened. This was a bit of a slower read for me, but I still recommend it. I just checked, and it is free if you have Kindle Unlimited on Amazon! Here is the link: https://a.co/d/ii7HgC4

BOOK NEWS: I am still editing my third book, A Wisp of Grace. We are still on track for publication this year! I've also got a new stand-alone novel I am drafting to be published around Christmas 2026.

BOOK EVENT: My next book event will be in April! I am doing a Kroger's book signing event in Shreveport on April 5th and will be at the Pittsburg Hot Link Festival in TX on April 26th.

CONGRATS TO: This month's free ebook winner is ambergrabanski46! Look for your free book in your email! Please let me know if you haven't received it in the next few days!

Thank you so much for following me on my author journey. If there is anything I can pray with you about, please reply and let me know!

Keep making the impossible possible with God!

Chrystal Gilkey

“God is looking for those with whom He can do the impossible – what a pity that we plan only the things that we can do by ourselves.” ― A.W. Tozer

Greetings Friends! First of all, I would like to apologize to my Pittsburg, TX friends for the misspelling of their town! It's amusing how often autocorrect gets it wrong! This summer, I have been focusing on improving my craft and catching up on household projects. I've been a member of Jerry Jenkin's writing guild for a couple of years now and haven't finished some of his trainings, so I made it a goal to finish them this summer! We've also rearranged some of my children's rooms and...

Greetings Friends! First, I would like to say welcome to our new subscribers! We added a few friends from my Pittsburgh and Winnsboro encounters! It was great meeting new authors and readers at these events. My newsletters usually contain book news, books I've been reading, and always a winner for a free e-book! This newsletter is special because you get to vote for the book cover for my third book, A Wisp of Grace. I can't wait to see which one you will pick! The back cover copy for the book...
