Greetings Friends! First, I would like to say welcome to our new subscribers! We added a few friends from my Pittsburgh and Winnsboro encounters! It was great meeting new authors and readers at these events. My newsletters usually contain book news, books I've been reading, and always a winner for a free e-book! This newsletter is special because you get to vote for the book cover for my third book, A Wisp of Grace. I can't wait to see which one you will pick! The back cover copy for the book is this: "They seemed like normal people..." When Alice Ford decided to help her brother and sister-in-law by cleaning out the attic of their parsonage, she wasn't prepared for mouse droppings, mysterious notes, or a peeping Tom. She, Pastor Grant, and Mercedes become entangled in another mystery of Shady Springs's past. As in ancient Bible times, God sends messengers to earth to search for righteousness and grace. Derailed by the death of a loved one and a strange watcher in the woods, will the Ford family pass these angelic beings' test, or will their beloved town of Shady Springs be cursed forever?” Here are the top three covers voted by the members of my Facebook group, A Wisp of Faith. (If you are interested in joining our group, click here.) This group is my happy place. Our members are so encouraging and uplifting! Anyway, these covers are our final contestants! Reply and let me know which draws you to the book the best! Please let me know what you think! What I've been reading: The Water Keeper by Charles Martin
I started this book when we were on vacation in South Carolina and traveling back through Florida. It was the perfect book for our beach travels. This was the first time I've read this author, and I can see why his books are well-liked. The Water Keeper was well written, gritty and fast-paced. I believe if you have prime the ebook is free. You can check it out here https://a.co/d/0YRIUPz
BOOK EVENT: My next book event will be in Atkins, Arkansas! I will have a book table at their Pickle Fest on Saturday, May 17th, from 9 to 8 p.m.
CONGRATS TO: This month's free ebook winner is patandbillylove! Look for your free book in your email! Please let me know if you haven't received it in the next few days!
Thank you so much for following me on my author journey. If there is anything I can pray with you about, please reply and let me know! Keep making the impossible possible with God!
